The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) learning is a highly interactive, in-depth approach to covering the values and principles of Agile, and the theory, practices and rules of Scrum. It provides practical guidance for adopting Scrum and continuously improving your organisation.
Incorporating Scrum principles and practices takes diligence, patience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Scrum is a framework, not a prescriptive methodology. This course will help you understand Agile, Scrum and more.
However, it goes beyond this to prepare the learner in becoming a great ScrumMaster. It gives participants hands-on experience using Scrum and closes with a Certification exam so, you come away with an industry certificate that recognises you as a ScrumMaster ready to start being in service to the Development Team, Product Owner and Organisation.
Their effectiveness and influence as a servant leader are tangible and measurable in the value of each product increment delivered within each Sprint cycle which is at the heart of Scrum.
During the course, attendees will learn why such a seemingly simple process such as Scrum can have such profound effects on an organization. Participants gain practical experience working with Scrum tools and activities. Participants leave knowing how to apply Scrum to all sizes of products, from a single collocated team to a large, highly distributed team.
Following successful completion of the course through full attendance and participation in the group exercises, each participant will be registered with the Scrum Alliance. There is an exam for this accreditation and you will receive an email from the Scrum Alliance with details after the course. This certification includes two-year membership of the Scrum Alliance, where additional member-only material and information is available.
The course is aimed at those who are performing, or about to take over, the role of the Scrum Master. It is also of value for ...
