Scrum Foundations is a 1-day (2 x half-day online) course designed to introduce you to the values and principles established in the Agile Manifesto, as well as the Scrum framework defined by the Scrum Guide.
Incorporating Scrum principles and practices takes diligence, patience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Scrum is a framework, not a prescriptive methodology. This course will help you understand Agile, Scrum and more.
By completing this course, you will earn a Scrum Foundations badge of completion that validates your knowledge about the fundamental elements of Agile and Scrum. Using the Digital badge individuals will be able to put this on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Badge holders will also receive Scrum Alliance membership for 3-months for free and access to a unique self-paced eLearning assessment.
And anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of Scrum as a framework.
None. This course is not tech-centric, everyone is welcome.
Come in with an open mind to be challenged and the willingness to work with your fellow learners.
For the online version you will need to install Zoom application version, as the web version does not have all the features needed. You will also need access to google docs suite and especially the tool called Jamboard.
There is no exam to be taken. You can only succeed!
