Our Agile Coaching for Impact: ICF Level 1 Program meets all ICF ACC educational requirements as part of the Level 1 Training Program. Will I earn the ICF ACC certification through this program alone?
This program provides all 60 hours of required education, mentor coaching, and evaluations for ICF’s ACC standards. To achieve ACC, you must complete 100 hours of documented coaching experience, apply on the ICF website, and pass the Credentialing Exam.
When do the sessions begin, and can I start anytime?
The program’s formal development sessions start on February 6, 2025. Instructor-led Agile Coaching Development Sessions and Group Wisdom Sessions are held monthly, while Practical Coaching Labs take place fortnightly, with timings arranged within each group. All scheduled sessions run from 5 to 7 PM UK Time on a Thursday; please adjust this to your local time zone. You can begin the self-paced learning component at any time.
What if I miss a session?
Our program is designed to offer flexibility. If you miss a session, you can make it up by attending a later session on the same topic in the next cycle. This flexibility ensures you can cover all the content without losing momentum, regardless of schedule conflicts.
Do I need to pay VAT if I live outside the UK?
Select your location at the top right of our website, and we’ll calculate your VAT. Payments can be made in GBP + VAT, EUR, or USD.
What equipment do I need?
This is an online program. To participate fully, you’ll need a computer with a camera, a headset, and access to Zoom, Mural, and Google Docs.
Is English required for the course?
Yes, all instruction and coaching assessments are conducted in English. Proficiency in English is essential for a successful experience.
