How Does the Online ICP-ACC Course Work?
2-Day Interactive Online Course: Delivered via Zoom and Mural, this course blends instructor-led sessions, interactive breakout activities, and group reflections. Regular breaks and a full hour for lunch allow you to recharge. Our final activity, a powerful integration exercise, brings everything together.
Hands-On Learning Environment: With support from ICAgile Expert instructors, you’ll build real coaching skills in a safe, supportive environment. Expect small groups, coaching practice, and plenty of space for questions.
Completion Requirements: To earn your ICAgile certification, you'll complete 4 hours of self-paced prework, a pre-call, and attend the full 2-day class. Although it’s not mandatory, we recommend that you have foundational agile experience such as completing Scrum Foundations, Agile Fundamentals, or a CSM/PSM certification before joining.
How should I prepare for this course?
You'll receive prework that includes 4 hours of self-reflection using the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel. There’s also a pre-call to help you connect with peers and get ready for the training.
Will I need any equipment?
Yes, you’ll need the latest Zoom desktop app (not web or mobile), a strong internet connection, webcam, and mic. A second monitor is helpful but not required. ICAgile requires your camera to be on throughout the course.
Do I need to pay VAT if I live outside the UK?
You can choose to pay in GBP + VAT, EUR, or USD by selecting your location at the top of our website. This will also calculate any applicable tax automatically.
