Limited Special Price of £300 + VAT, €350, $400*

The Certified LeSS Basics course is a brief introduction to the LeSS approach to Product development. Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a scaling/descaling approach for Agile Product development with multiple teams for growth organisations.

LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles, such as empiricism with cross-functional self-managing teams, and provides two frameworks for applying agility at scale.

LeSS provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in extensive product development.

The Certified LeSS Basics course is provided over 1-day (2*4 hours). With an overview of LeSS what, LeSS why, the principles, frameworks and some essential concepts it uses. It will help to determine whether LeSS is right for your organisation or not.

The Certified LeSS Basics course is also for anyone who is involved in the effort of a LeSS agile journey :)

What Will You Learn?

The primary learning goal for participants is to gain more information on what LeSS is, what LeSS is not, the why purpose of LeSS, and how it may apply to their working environment. Students will learn where to find more information about LeSS and what to do if one is interested in adopting LeSS in their company.

By the end of the course, not only will you be more confident in your knowledge and skills, but you will also have new material to share with your teams and have felt what it’s like to be a part of a LeSS learning community.
