Who is this program suitable for?

This program is an advanced program for people who have been working in an agile coaching role for a minimum of one year. We believe ScrumMasters are agile coaches, so if you're an experienced ScrumMaster, this program is also suitable for you!

Are there any prerequisites for this program?

You must work in an agile coaching role to get the most out of the program. This can be as a ScrumMaster, Agile Coach or any other role that uses the Agile coaching competencies. 

What about exams and certifications?

The program is assessed by the instructors using a 4 stage competency framework defined by ICAgile. You will be evaluated throughout the program and given constant feedback on your progress. There will be multiple opportunities to achieve a passing level per competency. We believe in avoiding a big bang waterfall approach and prefer the incremental Agile way to Inspect and Adapt.

Will I need any equipment for the course?

This is an online program. You will need a computer with a camera and a headset. You will also need to install the zoomclient and access Google Drive from your computer and some google suite applications.

FAQ:

Q: I love the program, but the price is more significant than most courses. Can I pay in instalments?

A: Unfortunately not, we cannot take instalments due to the number of courses you get for free. The real question is can you afford to wait? Especially as you delay, your peers get recognised for their expertise in Agile Coaching.

Q: I live outside the UK. Do I need to pay VAT?

A: You can select to pay in GBP + VAT, EUR or USD by choosing the location in the top right of the website.  This will also calculate the tax liability you are required to pay. 

Q. What language is the course in?

A: The course instruction is all in English, and all coaching assessments must be completed in English to pass the course.
