The course emphasises hands-on learning and feedback. You will facilitate, receive honest and actionable feedback, and leave with new tools, techniques and skills to elevate your remote facilitation. You will earn your ICP-ATF credential and 14 SEUs towards Scrum Alliance renewals.

Are there any prerequisites for this course?

Is there an exam?
No. There is no exam. Your ICP-ATF certification is awarded based on participation, practice and feedback throughout the course.
How should I prepare?
You will receive prework that takes around 2 hours to complete. It helps you get into a facilitative mindset and connect with others before the course begins.
How many people will be in the class?
Classes typically have around 12 participants, with a maximum of 20. This keeps the group small enough for real facilitation practice and personal feedback, but large enough for rich discussion.
Are the sessions recorded?
No, and this is a deliberate choice. Facilitation practice needs a safe space where participants can try things, get things wrong and learn without concern about being recorded. Full attendance across both days is required by ICAgile for certification.
What software do I need?
You will need the latest Zoom desktop application (not the web or mobile version), a stable internet connection, a working webcam and a microphone. You will also use Mural for collaborative exercises, and you will need access to a large language model such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for the AI element. Cameras must be on throughout the course.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We offer a full refund if you contact us before receiving your ICP-ATF certification. If your schedule changes, you can transfer your booking to a future class at no extra cost. Just let us know at least 5 working days before the course starts.
Can my employer pay, or can I get an invoice?
