How Does the Online ICP-ACC Course Work?

2-Day Interactive Online Course: Delivered via Zoom and Mural, this course blends instructor-led sessions, interactive breakout activities, and group reflections. Regular breaks and a full hour for lunch allow you to recharge. Our final activity, a powerful integration exercise, brings everything together.

Hands-On Learning Environment: With support from your lead trainer Helen Meek (ICF-PCC, CEC, CTC), you’ll build real coaching skills in a safe, supportive environment. Groups are typically around 12 people — small enough for genuine coaching practice, large enough for rich discussion.

Completion Requirements: To earn your ICAgile certification, you'll complete 4 hours of self-paced prework, a pre-call, and attend the full 2-day class. There is no exam — instead, you are assessed through your active participation and engagement throughout the course. But don’t panic — your trainers are there to support you every step of the way!

She holds some of the highest-level credentials in both professional coaching and agile coaching — including the Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) designations from Scrum Alliance, and the Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT) credential from Kanban University. What sets Helen apart on this course is that she’s not just teaching coaching theory — she’s a practising professional coach who works with real clients every day. She brings lived experience from organisations including ASOS, Merck, and Cambridge University Press, and a genuine passion for helping people discover their own coaching stance.
