Are there any prerequisites for this course?

Is there an exam?
No. There is no written exam. Your ICP-ACC certification is awarded through active participation and engagement throughout the course. Your trainer is there to guide and support you — this is a learning environment, not an assessment centre.
How should I prepare?
You’ll receive prework that includes 4 hours of self-reflection using the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel. There’s also a pre-course connection call to help you meet your fellow participants and arrive ready to engage from day one.
How many people will be in the class?
Classes typically have around 12 participants, with a maximum of 20. This keeps the group small enough for genuine coaching practice and personal feedback, but large enough for rich discussion and diverse perspectives.
Are the sessions recorded?
No — and this is a deliberate choice. Coaching practice requires a safe space where participants can be open and take risks without concern about being on camera for a recording. Full attendance across both days is required by ICAgile for certification.
What software do I need?
You’ll need the latest Zoom desktop application (not the web or mobile version), a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. A second monitor is helpful but not required. ICAgile requires your camera to be on throughout the course.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We offer a full refund if you contact us before receiving your ICP-ACC certification. If your schedule changes, you can transfer your booking to a future class at no extra cost — just let us know at least 5 working days before the course starts.
Can my employer pay, or can I get an invoice?
