What is the Program Schedule?
As a senior professional, your time is valuable. This rolling mentoring program accommodates your schedule, allowing you to join at any time and progress at your own pace toward high-level professional objectives.
The CSP-PO program can be completed in as little as 6 weeks or up to 6 months—you decide, working at your own sustainable pace.
When do we meet?
We meet fortnightly on Thursdays, from 5 pm to 6 pm UK time. Between sessions, candidates use professional networks to stay focused and often arrange additional peer-led sessions.
Learn by Doing!
The CSP-PO journey is deeply experiential. You will apply advanced organisational design and product strategy concepts directly within your current role.
Regular mentoring with industry experts provides high-level coaching to help you solve organisational bottlenecks.
Validation
We will discuss your professional learning log and set your desired outcomes for professional certification.
To achieve certification, participants must attend at least four mentoring sessions and demonstrate competency in all professional learning objectives.
