Description
Online Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner® (CSP-PO®) Programme — Mastery Through Applied Practice
Guaranteed to Run — Rolling Intake, Start Any Time. Your A-CSPO® expired? No problem — completing this programme renews all your Scrum Alliance credentials for two years.

|
Format: Self-paced mentorship, fully online Sessions: Fortnightly Thursdays, 5–6pm UK time via Zoom |
Duration: 6 weeks to 6 months — you decide (up to 1 year if needed) Exam: None — certification via demonstrated practice |
Prerequisites: You need an A-CSPO® certification — active or expired. Completing the CSP-PO® programme renews all your Scrum Alliance credentials for two full years, so if your A-CSPO® has lapsed this is an ideal way to recertify and reach the top of the Product Owner track at the same time. You’ll also need at least 24 months of Product Owner experience logged in your Scrum Alliance profile by the time you complete — you can start the programme before reaching this milestone.
As an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®), you’ve mastered advanced techniques for generating value. You’re now ready to distinguish yourself as a visionary leader at the highest level of Product Ownership. The Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner® (CSP-PO®) focuses on organisational strategy, complex stakeholder influence, and high-level product discovery — the skills that separate strategic leaders from senior practitioners.
Mastery doesn’t happen in a weekend. It happens through applied practice while you work. Our self-paced mentorship model fits around your actual role — fortnightly live sessions with a Certified Scrum Trainer who coaches at organisational level every week, working directly with your real product challenges. Complete in as little as six weeks or up to six months. You set the pace.
US rivals charge $1,000+ for their CSP-PO tracks. UK elite providers charge £1,250+ for two synchronous days. Our live mentorship model delivers the same Scrum Alliance credential — applied to your actual product roadmap — at £400.
Mastery Level Isn’t a Video Course. It’s a Mentoring Journey.

Don’t analyse a fictional case study for two days. Use our frameworks to fix your actual product roadmap while earning your mastery credential. While UK live providers ask you to clear 16 hours of calendar at £1,250+, and US systems give you a gamified video pathway at $1,000+, our programme puts you in a fortnightly live session with a Certified Scrum Trainer — working on your real organisational challenges, at a fraction of either price. |

Advance and renew in one step. Completing the CSP-PO® renews all your Scrum Alliance credentials for two full years — even if they’ve lapsed. No separate renewal fees, no PDU chasing. At the same time you achieve the highest Product Owner certification the Scrum Alliance offers, mentored by a CST operating at strategic and organisational level every week. |

How the CSP-PO® Programme Works
Self-Paced Mentorship — Your Organisation Is the ClassroomThis is a rolling mentorship programme, not a classroom course. You join at any time and can complete in as little as six weeks or up to six months. We meet fortnightly on Thursdays, 5–6pm UK time via Zoom. Between sessions, participants use professional networks to stay connected and often arrange additional peer-led sessions. Your trainer coaches at strategic and organisational level in the field every week — the guidance you receive is drawn from live client work, not theory. |
No Exam — Certification Through Demonstrated Professional PracticeThere is no exam. During your first mentoring session, we’ll discuss the required professional learning log and set your desired outcomes for certification. You’ll participate in a combination of peer events, workshops, and mentoring sessions while completing the log. You must attend at least four mentoring sessions and demonstrate competency across all professional learning objectives. The programme takes a minimum of 6 weeks to complete. |
Your Learning Log — In Any Format That Works for YouAs you progress, you’ll record what you learn in a concise log. The format is entirely yours — written notes, slide decks, video reflections, sketches, whatever helps you communicate that learning. A peer-reviewed reflection session evaluates how the programme has developed your professional skills. The hope is that everything you practise is something you can apply directly in your organisation, so your actual work becomes your proving ground. |

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the prerequisites?
You need an A-CSPO® certification — active or expired — and at least 24 months of Product Owner experience recorded in your Scrum Alliance profile. There is no requirement to hold a current active credential before joining. Completing this programme renews all your Scrum Alliance credentials for two full years, making it an ideal choice if your certifications have lapsed. You can start attending sessions before reaching 24 months — just complete the experience requirement before your final validation.
My A-CSPO® has expired — can I still join?
Yes — and this programme is an especially smart choice if your certifications have lapsed. Completing the CSP-PO® automatically renews all your Scrum Alliance credentials for two years, so you advance to the top of the Product Owner track and reset your certification status in a single step. No separate renewal fees, no PDU chasing.
Is there an exam?
No. Certification is earned by completing the programme requirements: attending at least four mentoring sessions, completing your professional learning log, and having it peer-reviewed. Your trainer looks for evidence that you can apply what you’ve learned at organisational and strategic level.
When can I start, and how long do I have to complete the programme?
You can start immediately after registering. If you see a programme “start” date on the Scrum Alliance website, those are marker dates only. You have one year to complete the programme and you go at your own pace. Most people finish in six weeks to six months depending on availability.
How many people will be in the group?
Because the programme runs on a rolling basis, class size varies from session to session. We deliberately keep groups small so every session is a genuine professional discussion — not a webinar. You’ll know the other practitioners by name and work with a consistent group through your fortnightly sessions.
Are the sessions recorded?
No. Sessions are not recorded. If you miss a session, the fortnightly rolling format means you simply attend the next one. You have up to one year to complete, so missing a session won’t hold you back. You must attend a minimum of four sessions overall to complete the programme.
What software do I need?
A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Full details of any additional tools will be sent with your joining instructions.
Can I take a break if something comes up?
Yes. Life happens. You can pause and resume as needed within the one-year window. Just let us know and we’ll pick back up whenever you’re ready.
What’s the best way to approach the learning log?
Treat it as a professional development record woven into your real work. The format is entirely yours — written notes, slide decks, video reflections, sketches, whatever helps you communicate that learning. The hope is that everything you practise in this programme is something you can apply and repeat in your organisation, so your actual strategic work becomes your proving ground.
Can my employer pay, or can I get an invoice?
Yes. Select “Pay by Bank Transfer” at checkout and an invoice will be generated automatically. Payment must be received before joining instructions are sent. For larger corporate bookings or bespoke requirements, please contact us at talk@agileaffinity.com.
What if I have another question?
We’re happy to help. Email us at talk@agileaffinity.com and we’ll get back to you quickly.
