Are there any prerequisites for this CSPO® course?
None for the CSPO® course as it is not tech-centric; everyone is welcome.
How should I prepare for this CSPO® course?
Come in with an open mind to be challenged and the willingness to work with your fellow learners.
For the online version, will I need to install any software?
Attendance and active participation across the course days will result in a recommendation for the Certified Scrum Product Owner® certification.
You will be required to install the latest ZOOM desktop/laptop software (avoid the web or mobile versions) and be able to access the Internet.
You must sign up for a FREE AI tool such as ChatGTP before the course begins, as we shall be using the AI during the course.
It is recommended that you have a great internet connection via fast Wi-Fi or hard-wired Ethernet cable. A second monitor is a helpful option if possible.
As a Scrum Alliance requirement, you must have your video picture ON during the course.
Don't skimp on your own learning experience!
To avoid Zoom fatigue, we shall be taking 10-minute breaks roughly every hour and a break for Lunch.
What about exams and certifications?
There is no exam for the CSPO, but attendance and active participation across the course days are fully required in being recommended for the Certified Scrum Product Owner® certification.
Please avoid any work meetings or trying to fit it all in; this is your learning for you. Be committed with 100% total attendance and participation during class time.
After being recommended for CSPO®, you will be asked to accept the CSPO® License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile. Don't forget to do this!
Only then, upon successful acceptance of the license agreement, will attendees hold Certified Scrum Product Ownewr® (CSPO®) status. Congratulations!

We build discounts into the course by default, believing that we offer the best value CSPO® in the market; however, we make a few exceptions.

How many people will attend the class?
The minimum class size is eight people due to the interactive nature of the class.
The Scrum Alliance allows a maximum of 50 people. However, we have never had a class near this number. We balance the need to learn from others in the group with enough time with the instructor. We often have someone supporting the instructor to provide extra focus for larger classes.
How can I pay for the class?
