What is this online CSM course?
The Scrum Alliance® Certified Scrum Master® (CSM) learning is a highly interactive, in-depth approach to covering the values and principles of Agile and the theory, practices, and rules of Scrum. It provides practical guidance for adopting Scrum and continuously improving your organisation. It is online, so you won't have to travel :)
Incorporating Scrum principles and practices takes diligence, patience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Scrum is a framework, not a prescriptive methodology. This course will help you understand Agile, Scrum and more.
However, it goes beyond this to prepare the learner to become a Great Scrum Master. It gives participants hands-on experience using Scrum and closes with a Certification exam. You come away with an industry certificate that recognises you as a Scrum Master ready to start being in service to the Developers, Product Owner and Organisation.
Their effectiveness and influence as true leaders are tangible and measurable in the value of each product increment delivered within each Sprint cycle, which is at the heart of Scrum.
