Can I participate if I have no prior Agile or Product experience?
Absolutely! This course is designed for everyone who wants to know about Products, whether you’re entirely new to Agile and Product or looking to build on existing knowledge. All you need is a willingness to learn, engage, and participate in interactive exercises.
How should I prepare for this ICP-PDM® course?
Come in with an open mind to be challenged and the willingness to work with your fellow learners.
What about exams and certifications?
There is no exam for the ICP-PDM, but attendance and active participation in all of the course sessions are fully required to be recommended for the Certified Professional in Product Manager® certification.
Please avoid any work meetings or trying to fit it all in; this is your learning for you. Be committed with 100% total attendance and participation during course time.
After being recommended for ICP-PDM®, you will be asked via email to accept the ICP-PDM® License Agreement and complete your ICAgile membership profile. Don't forget to do this!
Only then, upon successful acceptance of the license agreement, will attendees hold Certified Professional in Product Ownewr® (ICP-PDM®) status. Congratulations!

What software or tools do I need to attend
You’ll need access to Zoom and Mural. Install the latest Zoom desktop/laptop software (not web or mobile) and have a working microphone and tested webcam.
You should have a fast internet connection via fast Wi-Fi or hard-wired Ethernet cable. A capable laptop with good memory and processing capability so, you suffer no slowdown on the course. A second monitor is a helpful option if possible.
As an ICAgile requirement, web cameras must stay on during the course. Avoid your work Internet and computers, as these are often security-restricted.
Don't skimp on your own learning experience!
To avoid Zoom fatigue, we shall be taking 10-minute breaks roughly every hour or so.
