Is there an exam?
No. There is no written exam. Your ICP-CAT certification is awarded through active participation and engagement throughout the course. Your trainers are there to support you throughout: this is a learning environment built around real-world application, not an assessment centre.
How should I prepare?
You will receive prework in advance of the course. It helps to reflect on transformation challenges you are currently facing: the programme is specifically designed to help you work through real situations, so the richer your context, the more you will take away. There is also a pre-course connection call where you will meet your fellow participants and arrive ready to engage from day one.
How many people will be in the class?
Classes are capped at 12 participants. We keep the class size small deliberately: enterprise coaching practice requires real conversation and personal feedback, and that is not possible in a large group. You will know everyone in the room by the end of day one.
Are the sessions recorded?
No, and this is a deliberate choice. Coaching practice at enterprise level requires a safe space where participants can be open about real challenges without concern about being recorded. Full attendance across both days is required by ICAgile for certification.
What software do I need?
You will need the latest Zoom desktop application (not the web or mobile version), a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and a microphone. You will also use Mural for collaborative exercises: no account is required, just a browser. We recommend using a personal computer on public-facing courses wherever possible. ICAgile requires your camera to be on throughout.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
