Is there an exam?
No. There is no written exam. Your ICP-ENT certification is awarded through active participation and engagement throughout the course. Your trainers are there to support you throughout: this is a learning environment built around real-world application, not an assessment centre.
How should I prepare?
No formal prework is required. It helps to reflect on enterprise coaching challenges you are currently facing: the programme is specifically designed to help you work through real situations, so the richer your context, the more you will take away. Come prepared to engage actively in discussions, activities, and group exercises throughout both days.
How many people will be in the class?
Classes typically have around 12 participants, with a maximum of 16. We keep the class size small deliberately: enterprise coaching practice requires real conversation and personal feedback, and that is not possible in a large group.
Are the sessions recorded?
No, and this is a deliberate choice. Enterprise coaching practice requires a safe space where participants can be open about real organisational challenges without concern about being recorded. Full attendance across both days is required by ICAgile for certification.
What software do I need?
You will need the latest Zoom desktop application (not the web or mobile version), a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and a microphone. You will also use Mural for collaborative exercises: no account is required, just a browser. A second monitor is helpful but not required. ICAgile requires your camera to be on throughout.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
