See What Happened in 2025
Every previous year has had a waiting list. Here's why people keep coming back.
In 2025, participants ran sessions spanning coaching at scale, systemic team dynamics, navigating organisational politics, the role of AI in agility, and much more — all shaped on the day by the people in the room.
"A brilliant, immersive experience where you get to work and learn with brilliant practitioners from across the globe, dive deep into topics, find the nuances — and the edges you didn't know you had — and grow together."
— Tom Hoyland
"An Open Space, leading to an open mind, and leaving with an open heart…"
— Noel Warnell
"The conversations I had in two days have shaped how I coach. There's nothing else quite like this in the UK."
— Attendee, 2025

What Is Agile Coach Camp UK?
Two days of a fully self-organised Open Space — no fixed agenda, no keynotes, no passive listening. The agenda is built by you, on the day, together.
Each morning opens with an Opening Circle — anyone who wants to run a session stands up, pitches their topic in under a minute, and claims a room and time slot. Within 30 minutes, the entire day's programme is built. Sessions run in parallel, people move between rooms freely using the Law of Mobility, and the richest conversations often happen in the corridors.
We're returning to Center Parcs Woburn Forest — just outside London — after a sold-out debut. Same magic. New conversations. Deeper connections.
New for 2026: CST & CAC Pre-RetreatA dedicated half-day pre-retreat runs exclusively for Certified Scrum Trainers and Certified Agile Coaches before the main event opens. The Open Space will be packed with some of the most experienced practitioners in the global Agile community. |
