Are there any prerequisites for this course?

As this is a foundational course, there are no prerequisites all are welcome 🙂

How should I prepare for this course?

Pre-work is provided, and this will take two hours to complete.

Will I need any equipment for the course?

You will be required to install the latest ZOOM desktop/laptop software (avoid the web or mobile versions) and be able to access the Internet.

It is recommended that you have a great internet connection via fast Wi-Fi or hard-wired Ethernet cable. A second monitor is a helpful option if possible.

As a ICAgile requirement, you must have your video picture ON during the course.

Don't skimp on your own learning experience!

To avoid Zoom fatigue, we shall also be having 10-minute breaks roughly every hour and a break for Lunch.

What about exams and certifications?

The certification is earned through practice and instructor feedback during the course. There is NO exam

Q: I live outside the UK. Do I need to pay VAT?

A: You can select to pay in GBP + VAT, EUR or USD by choosing the location in the top right of the website. This will also calculate the tax liability you are required to pay. 

Please check that you are paying the correct amount before making the payment, as mistakes can not be rectified.

Q: Can I Pay by Bank transfer?

A: We do ask if it is possible to pay by card. This reduces administrative costs and keeps our training costs as low as possible. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact talk@agileaffinity.com to discuss your needs.

Q: How do I get an invoice?

A: An invoice will be automatically generated at the time of ordering. Please check the attendees and billing contact details are correct, especially if you are ordering on someone else’s behalf.
