The ICAgile Certified Professional in Fundamentals (ICP) course is provided over a 2-day duration (2 x 8 hours).
Online using Zoom and Mural as our collaboration tools. A fully functioning webcam is also required.
There will be breaks every hour or so, and a complete lunch break as required.

Can I participate if I have no prior experience with Agile?
Fear not; if you don't have that experience, then thoroughly reading the Agile Manifesto may be sufficient.
If you do feel you need more knowledge, then you can try our Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) to bridge your gaps after the course.
How should I prepare for this course?
Come in with an open mind, ready to be challenged, and a willingness to work with your fellow learners.
You should sign up for a FREE tool such as Zoom, and Mural before the course begins, as we shall be using these during the course.
You should have a great internet connection via fast Wi-Fi or hard-wired Ethernet cable. If possible, a second monitor is a helpful option.
What about exams and certifications?
This course has no exam, but you must attend and participate fully to receive certification.
Please ensure your webcam is on so we can see you.
You’ll be recommended to the ICAgile for your ICAgile Certified Professional in Fundamentals (ICP)® upon successful completion.
At the time of writing, the ICAgile ICP cert is permanent and does not require renewal.

Classes are kept small and interactive to ensure quality. The maximum class size is 20.

What software or tools do I need to attend?
You’ll need access to Zoom and Mural. Make sure to install the latest Zoom desktop/laptop software (not web or mobile versions), have a stable internet connection, and a working microphone and webcam.
Don’t forget, Web cameras must stay on during the course.
How can I pay for the course in different currencies, and is there a Tax?
